MALACAÑAN PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 26 RESERVING FOR PROVINCIAL NURSERY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE BARRIO OF SUMULONG, MUNICIPALITY OF CALAUAG, PROVINCE OF TAYABAS, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw form sale or settlement and reserve for provincial nursery purposes, under the administration of the Director of Plant Industry, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain situated in the Barrio of Sumulong, Municipality of Calauag, Province of Tayabas, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14300, to wit: Lot No. 209.—Beginning at a point marked 1 on sketch plan Swo-14300, N. 76 ْ 31’ E. 1,042.46 m., more or less, from B. L. L. M. No. 22, thence S. 1 ْ06’ E. 285.18 m. to point 2; N. 78 ْ51’ W. 8.75 m. to point 3; N. 77 ْ44’ W. 511.09 m. to point 4; N. 82 ْ33’ W. 56.78 m. to point 5; S. 87 ْ41’ W. 51.56 m. to point 6; S. 81 ْ13’ W. 61.30 m. to point 7; N. 12 ْ24’ E. 6.12 m. to point 8; N. 12 ْ24’ E. 264.28 m. to point 9; N. 55 ْ01’ W. 69.84 m. to point 10; N. 0 ْ10’ E. 75.60 m. to point 11; N. 74 ْ00’ E. 153.58 m. to point 12; N. 89 ْ50’ E. 340.79 m. to point 13; S. 83 ْ24’ E. 174.42 m. to point 14; S. 2 ْ05’ E. 224.22 m. to point 1, point of beginning. Containing an area of 293,527 square meters. Bounded on the north, by lots Nos. 202, 203, and 204; on the east, by lots Nos. 210 and 212; on the south, by lot No. 1439; and on the west, by lots Nos. 3910 and 3911.
