Proclamation No. 19

RESERVING FOR SCHOOL PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND IN THE BARRIO OF LOYOLA, MUNICIPALITY OF HINATUAN, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school purposes, under the administration of the Director of Education, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the Barrio of Loyola, Municipality of Hinatuan, Province of Surigao, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described in Bureau of Lands, plan Psm-283, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Psm-283. N. 26ْ 41’ W. 122.58 m., more or less, from B. L. B. M. No. 1, barrio of Loyola, municipality of Hinatuan, thence N. 6ْ 12’ W. 105.65 m. to point 2; N. 89ْ 37’ E. 49.48 m. to point 3; S. 69ْ 07’ E. 20.68 m. to point 4; S. 11ْ 32’ E. 84.66 m. to point 5; S. 78ْ 33’W. 75.81 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 6,967 square meters.

Points 1, 2, 4, and 5, B. L. concrete monuments; point 3, cross on tree.

Bounded on the north, by Hinatuan Bay; on the northeast, by property of Pedro Villaluz; on the southeast, by property of the Roman Catholic Church; and on the southeast, by property of Julian Rindon.

Bearings true. Declination, 1ْ 27’ E.
