MALACAÑAN PALACE Manila BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES Proclamation No. 107 RESERVING FOR WATER SUPPLY PURPOSES TWO PARCELS OF LAND SITUATED IN THE CITY OF BAGUIO, MOUNTAIN PROVINCE, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section seventy-three of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for water supply purposes, under the administration of the City of Baguio, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcels of the public domain situated in the City of Baguio, Mountain Province, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in Bureau of Lands plan Swo-14494, to wit: Lot No. 105-A.—A parcel of land (lot No. 105-A of the subdivision plan Swo-14494, being a portion of lot No. 105, residence section J, Baguio townsite, G. L. R. O. Record No. ………), situated in the residence section J, City of Baguio. Bounded on the N. and NE., by lot No. 105-B of the subdivision plan; on the N. and NE., by lot No. 105-B of the subdivision plan; on the SE., by lot No. 5-A residence section J; on the SW., by public land, lots Nos. 87-A and 70-C, residence section A; and on the NW., by lots Nos 70-C and 100-C, residence section A.
