Proclamation No. 101

RESERVING FOR CEMETERY PURPOSES A PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BUNNAY, MUNICIPALITY OF ANGADANAN, PROVINCE OF ISABELA, ISLAND OF LUZON.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Commerce and pursuant to the provisions of section eighty-one of Act Numbered Twenty-eight hundred and seventy-four, as amended, I hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for cemetery purposes, under the administration of the Director of Health, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following-described parcel of the public domain, situated in the barrio of Bunnay, municipality of Angadanan, Province of Isabela, Island of Luzon, and particularly described in the Bureau of Lands plan Mr-304, to wit:

Beginning at a point marked 1 on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-304, S. 42ْ 02’ E. 1,297.58 m. more or less, from L. M. No. 2, barrio of Bunnay, municipality of Angadanan, thence N. 87ْ 49’ E. 149.91 m. to point 2; S. 1ْ 07’ E. 199.86 m. to point 3; S. 87ْ 45’ W. 146.58 m. to point 4; N. 2ْ 04’ W. 199.99 m. to point 1, point of beginning.

Containing an area of 2.9636 hectares.

Points 1, 2, 3, and 4, B. L. concrete monuments.

Bounded on the north, east, south, and west, by public land.

Bearings true. Declination, 0ْ 22’ E.

Points referred to marked on Bureau of Lands plan Mr-304.

Surveyed: June 18, 1936. Approved: September 30, 1936.
