CREATING A TASK FORCE TO PREPARE THE GUIDELINES AND ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER FOR THE APEC BUSINESS VISA

There is hereby created a Task Force to prepare the guidelines and Administrative Order for the APEC Business Visa to facilitate business related travel and for the creation of APEC Business Lanes in the immigration areas of ports of entry, which shall be composed of the following:

Head:	Secretary, Department of Foreign Affairs
Members:	Secretary, Department of Justice; and
	Secretary, Department of Trade and Industry.

The Task Force is hereby directed to convene immediately and submit its recommendation to the Office of the President, through the Office of the Executive Secretary, not later than 25 October 1996.1aшphi1

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
