The composition of the new Prequalification, Bids and Awards Committee (PBAC) for the rebidding of the TOPWEB project is hereby amended so as to exclude IT Representative Luis Alarilla therefrom and designating Edmundo M. Castañeda as his replacement.1aшphi1
