CREATING A LEDAC TASK FORCE ON HEADQUARTERING BILLS PROGRAM FOR COMMERCIAL AND SUPPORT SERVICES

There is hereby created a LEDAC Task Force on Headquartering Bills Program for Commercial and Support Services to be composed of the following:

Chairman Secretary Rizalino S. Navarro

Members Congressman Manuel A. Roxas

Congressman Felicito C. Payumo

Congressman Margarito L. Teves

Senator Ramon B. Magsaysay, Jr.

Senator Sergio R. Osmeña III

Senator Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo

Secretary Roberto F. De Ocampo

Secretary Cielito F. Habito

The Task Force shall be responsible for consolidating all the bills pending and those still to be filled in the Senate and in the House seeking the creation of a hospitable climate for multi-national companies to transfer their headquarters and operations in the country, including the setting-up of one-stop-shop processing facility.1aшphi1

This Memorandum shall take effect immediately.
