There is hereby created an Advisory Group which shall assist the Over-all Supervisor of the various Communication Task Forces, created pursuant to Memorandum Order No. 327 (s. 1995).

The Council shall be composed of Secretary of Justice Teofisto T. Guingona, Jr., Secretary of Budget Salvador M. Enriquez, Jr., the Chief President Legal Counsel, Presidential Adviser on National Security Jose T. Almonte, and Presidential Adviser on Political Matters Gabriel Claudio.1aшphi1

This Memorandum Order shall take effect immediately.
