MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Memorandum Order No. 328, January 8, 1996 ] There is hereby created an Investigative Committee to investigate the charges against Atty. Vernette Umali-Paco, Chief Executive Officer and General Manager of the Philippine Retirement Authority. The Committee shall be composed of Senior Deputy Executive Secretary Luis C. Liwanag II as Chairman, with Deputy Executive Secretary Renato Corona and Atty. Buenaventura C. Magsalin as Members.
