MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 130, August 18, 1950 ] AMENDING ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 32, DATED APRIL 12, 1947 By virtue of the powers vested in ma by law, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend the second paragraph of Administrative Order No. 32, dated April 12, 1947, to read as follows: “In the fulfillment of their duties, the members of the Committee may appoint their respective representatives who are authorized to take, either collectively or individually, testimony or evidence with all the incidental powers provided for in section 580 of the Revised Administrative Code” Done in the City of Manila, this 18th day of August, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and fifty, and of the Independence of the Philippines, the fifth.£A⩊phi£ (Sgd.)
