MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 128, August 03, 1950 ] PLACING THE PRESIDENTIAL GUARD BATTALION UNDER THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND OPERATIONAL CONTROL OF THE COMMANDING OFFICER OF THE PHILIPPINE CONSTABULARY. By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Elpidio Quirino, President of the Philippines, do hereby place the Presidential Guard Battalion under the administrative and operational control of the Commanding Officer of the Philippine Constabulary.
