GRANTING FULL AND PLENARY PARDON TO MAJOR MARCELO S. CASTILLO, ARMED FORCES OF THEPHILIPPINES, AND RESTORING HIM TO HISFORMER PLACEIN THE SENIORITY AND LINEAL ROSTER OF REGULAR OFFICERS.

Major Marcelo S. Castillo, who was convicted by a General Court-Martial and sentenced to a reduction of twenty (20) files in the Seniority and Lineal Roster of Regular Officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines sometime in 1939, for having failed to arrest a fellow officer, prays that he be granted full and plenary pardon and restored to his former place in said Roster.

The Chief of Staff, Armed Forces of the Philippines, and the Secretary of National Defense recommend that the petition be granted.

IN VIEW THEREOF, Major Marcelo S. Castillo is hereby granted full and plenary pardon and restored to his former place in the Seniority and Lineal Roster of Regular Officers of the Armed Forces of the Philippines.ᇈWᑭHIL
