REMOVING THE DISQUALIFICATION OF FORMER JUSTICE OF THE PEACE LUCIO JACOB AND RESTORING HIM TO FULL CIVIL AND POLITICAL RIGHTS.

Lucio Jacob, who was dismissed from the office of justice of the peace of Capalonga, Camarines Norte, on July twentieth, nineteen hundred and twenty-three, and disqualified from holding any public office by the then Governor-General for malfeasance and misfeasance in office, prays that his disqualifications be removed.ᇈWᑭHIL

The Honorable, the Secretary of Justice, recommends that the petition be granted.

In view thereof, the disqualification imposed upon former Justice of the Peace Lucio Jacob of Capalonga, Camarines Norte, is hereby removed, and he is restored to full civil and political rights.

Done at the City of Manila, this eleventh day of April, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and thirty nine, and of the Commonwealth of the Philippines, the fourth.
